Weekend Lunch

Warm weekends should be spent with warm friends.
So Sunday lunch saw me pulling out an oldie but a goodie, Acne cream silk dress.
I love a piece that isn’t ‘in’ or ‘out’, can be dressed up or down, works young or old. I think this is one of those pieces.
Contrast with black and it’s less beach and more bar. Over a pant and you not only ring in the new dress/pant trend ahead of the pack, or negates the need for a spray tan.
This is one of the upsides of dressing when you’re older – you tend to have more of these pieces that keep on giving and less one-hit-wonders.
This time I wore this with my super find, very Sass and Bide but on $9 feather neckpiece from Bali, random bits of beads and YSL ‘Arty’ ring and Ancient Greek thongs, that too be honest look a little more ancient than Greek these days.
